Jes Warren is the General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, and Secretary of TransDigm Group Incorporated, an aerospace components manufacturer. Prior to joining TransDigm, Jes served as General Counsel to companies in the manufacturing and renewable energy sectors.
Jes earned her J.D. from The George Washington University Law School. She also holds a B.S. in Environmental Engineering and Political Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Jes is a native Clevelander and supporter of all things Cleveland. In her spare time, she enjoys watching and playing sports with her two sons and husband.
